If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Really great experience with Kenneth Village Flowers. It was really easy to place my order online for the day that I wanted the bouquet to actually be ready. I also called to make sure someone else was able to pick up my order and the customer service was great. You have the option to include a note which I chose to do, thinking it would just be printed out but to my surprise it was beautifully handwritten. The bouquet was also so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
