Hi, Thank you for arranging and delivering my order, I requested to email me the picture of my order before delivery, but the picture I received is actually the picture of your website not the actual flowers. Regards Zoya ---- Florist's Response: Dear Zoya, Thank you for your review. We wanted to let you know that we sent the photo to the phone number you provided, as requested, but unfortunately the number was incorrect. We also attempted to call you multiple times without success. Additionally, the delivery address was inaccurate. Our driver spent over an hour locating the correct recipient, with the help of neighbors. We are happy to share screenshots as proof that we followed your instructions; however, we are unable to post them publicly due to privacy concerns. The picture of the website you have received as an automatically generated email, which comes to you after actual delivery.

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and was delivered same day. The recepient sent me a photo and it was gorgeous and appeared to be quite large.Can't thank Kenneth Village Flowers enough for a seamless experience, as I do live in another state. Highly recommend to anyone local or ordering from out of state for a local Burbank/Glendale/LA resident or business.

I ordered an arrangent for a same day delivery. The arrangement arrived on time and the family expressed how beautiful the arrangement was. When I arrived to the evening service and saw for myself, i was pleasantly surprised how the arrangent far exceeded my expectation. Much Appreciated!

Thanks for sending the flowers in a timely manner. Our friend loved them. She sent me a picture and they looked just like the picture. Thanks again.
